We started off looking at properties with her colleague, Bryant Brantley (also our landlord). He couldn’t make it to a showing and he asked Melinda to help us out and I am so glad he did. Melinda was there to answer all the questions that we had, and responded to my million emails about the whole process. After a sale fell through (because of the sellers listing agent), Melinda assured us there would be something else out there, and helped us along the way. She was even willing to do work I wouldn’t assume other realtors do, and kept us on schedule and informed us of our next steps. We did find another house, and she knew the realtor and called her personally that day to sure up the sell. I don’t think we could have asked for a better experience with a realtor, professionally and personally. She spoke with us and our daughter like she knew us. Melinda wasn’t just our realtor, she was our friend. I would definitely recommend Melinda if someone needed a realtor (already have!) . Thank you Melinda for everything (and our basket!)! 🙂
